By booking on ZoonCabs you agree to these terms.

• Bookings & payment: a booking is confirmed once the advance is paid; the balance is due before travel as shown at checkout.
• Cancellations: agent-channel cancellations are refunded to the agency wallet; customer cancellations are handled by support per the fare rules shown at booking.
• Service: trips are operated by independent verified transporters; ZoonCabs coordinates dispatch, payment, and support.
• Conduct: we may refuse service for unlawful use. Disputes are subject to the courts of Srinagar, J&K.
